UPPER GYM
The extensive gym area is Stunning! Spacious, air conditioned and second to none, with state of the art equipment catering for the beginner to the Olympic athlete. We dont over-subscribe the membership. There is so much equipment, you NEVER have to wait to use it, and you can use it for as long as you like, i.e. no booking and no time limits at any time.
The Upper area has been increased by some 10,000 square feet of luxurious new training area. This includes a ladies only gym, a spinning studio, an extreme training area, including climbing wall. As with the rest of the club, we use all different top makes of equipment, unlike other clubs where they only offer one range.
