LOWER GYM
We have a plentiful supply of free weights (Olympic size)- so refreshing when most other clubs are getting rid of them, or leaving a few as a token gesture.
Dumbells range from 1/2 kilo to 70k, along with Smith machines and Power racks plus Hammer free-weight machines- enough for the most demanding weight trainer.
Where we differ from any other club is that we use all different top make selectorised stack machines- Cybex, Precor, Gym 80, B Cube, Life Fitness, and Hammer which means there are at least five to six different types of machine for each exercise! All this is kept in tip top condition- no Out of Order signs around here!
