HOW CAN WE HELP? Right from the word 'go', we have free friendly qualified instructors available for your 1-2-1 induction. They listen to what YOU want from your training, and devise an individual programme especially for you. They will explain what each exercise will do for you. We don't just assume that you know the best way to achieve your goals, we help you maintain that initial enthusiasm past the novelty stage, when lots of gyms just let you 'peter out'. I bet you have been there before; joined a gym, full of new found enthusiasm only to be left to sink or swim on your own, to become bored, swiftly follow by being despondent, then fading away, always intending to "get back..." but never quite making it. We try our best to stop that from happening to our members. As you progress, we offer help with updating your programme to keep it fresh. As you become fitter and more confident, the fitness team can offer advice on healthy eating to develop your healthy lifestyle and your reach goals. Fad diets dont work what we advise is based on sound nutritional principles of healthy eating and regular exercise. Enjoyment and fun have to be part of it too, to help you achieve your dreams. Variety is the key to maintaining interest, thats why we offer a large number of varied classes and a beautiful natural swimming pool. And to help you maintain your results, we give re-assessments and updates on your programme to keep you motivated. The fitness team are always on hand, so if you are unsure of equipment or technique, just ask, thats what were here for - Human help rather than machine!
